"Fantastic service & staff. Very well organized and clean, great security and attention to detail—great work by the young management. However, because it shares walls with major night clubs/dance clubs, there was NO POSSIBILITY TO SLEEP, even a 3am the roar and vibrations contined. "This hotel was in a way to center of downtown La Serena from the bus terminal. Hotel staff was nice, and the building was cool with a resemblance to colonial days. However, our bathroom smelled bad and there was no garbage can, towels, nor good wifi. "

"Die Gastgeber waren nett und hilfsbereit. Doch haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten als gebucht (Doppelbett) wurde. Auf die Frage, warum - haben wir nur ein Rausreden erhalten bzw. dass das das einzige freie Zimmer sei, obwohl wir bei der Buchung zwischen dem gebuchten und den schlussendlich erhaltenen Zimmer auswählen konnten. Im erhalten 4-Bett Zimmer (mit Einzelbetten) hat es ziemlich gemüffelt und geputzt hätte es auch mal gehört. Die kleine Küche war zum Kochen ganz ok, doch richtig...
