"Check in took a while as no one at desk for 10 mins after arrival. Another traveler waited, too. Check in employee made a big deal, loudly, of my booking thru Hotels.com and that all financial terms were between us. Not sure why but you could tell not happy about us not using IHG website? Why would I when the quoted price was higher thru IHG? Room fine, a little extra cleaning would be good, bathroom vent crusted with dirt. Other than that, all was ok. Not best ever, but a servicable,...

"When I first arrived in my hotel room, the heater was making an incredibly loud noise when it came on. I called to the front desk, and I was told to put my suitcase on it to keep it from making that noise. I did not because I didn’t know how that was gonna help. The noise did get a little bit better."

"We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room appeared, especially liked the hardwood floors as ya never know what carpets are hiding! Beyond this, my only complaints would be the extremely THIN comforters and the sketchy looking tub, as if I were the owner would sand down & reglaze all those that looked dirty, dinge or chipped. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, thanks!"
