The only reason for the 4-star review was that we stayed 2 nights and did not get maid service, so it was disappointing coming back from a long day and coming into a messy room (unmade beds, dirty bathroom, trash cans filled). During COVID, it was acceptable, but based on how much I pay to stay in a nice hotel, I do expect maid service ... it's not as if prices of stays decreased after COVID, so maid service...

"We had to swap rooms due to someone smoking in a non-smoking room, but they were quick to accommodate the change. Had no problems. I will say there was entirely too much chlorine in the pool and it bleached my son’s trunks and made him have a reaction. Other than that our stay was fine. "
