"Amazing room but lots of confusion with booking payment and breakfast was a mess . I hit there at 830 to find a disaster of a room with almost nothing to eat but a croissant and coffee . Plus lots of flies . But hotel room was large and so nice with great bed so if they just fix a few things it be great for them and guests "

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"We were greeted by Alex on our arrival and shown to our accommodation which was clean and provided everything we needed. We were the only guests staying that evening so the evening meal menu was limited to a few choices. "The hotel is hidden behind a cafe. There is no nearby parking. The room is all tiled, cold and sterile. The towels are thin and small. We said this was not an option, the manager said tough luck.. no discussion, no refund, his attitude was terrible. We left 65 euros out of pocket.
