"Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. "

When asked bout change the room they said room fulled.They lied bout it.still got many room empty .Room also smelly. Management please do something. And dont eat duit Haram by lying . Waste of my money. "
