"Worst service ever both hotels.com and goroomsgo. The hotel denied our reservation saying their lease ended. We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com"

"I liked the free water service RO bottle and with water dispenser for all guests which is very unique and important. You need not to be worried for your drinking water in hotel. However cleanliness is required very much in all area inside & outside of room including toilet which is lacking behind too much. Hotel manager is required to supervise all these areas with dedication. Room no. 1 shouldn't be given to family as windows can't be opened for air ventilation as its in ground floor, toilet...

"I was messaged by the manager the evening before my arrival that he would have to cancel my booking because of an electrical problem and to call . I called and the manager told me that the real problem is that hotel.com doesn’t pay them until a month later. I am unsure if I will be compensated for my prepaid booking as yet. This was a major inconvenience for me and I hope the foreign tourists will stay away from this place "
