"Good location and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, but very high. One of us could have used a stool. Desk chair - the only chair in the room - was in poor condition and not built to support larger people. This should be improved upon. A second chair in the room to sit on, if there's space, would be appreciated. There seemed to be a bit of dirty buildup in the corners of the bathroom floor; otherwise, the floor and remainder of the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were attending a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay with our large family. The Winona House and Tammy were wonderful! The house had something for everyone. The kids, all adults, hung out in the lounge, played pool and even got in a game of hoops. We enjoyed family time on the patio and beautiful views of the lake. Before the wedding we took photos in the backyard and by the gazebo. We loved our stay and we highly recommend."

"Our stay here was wonderful!! It is a beautiful space. I love antiques charm- this place had it all. Beautiful wood, comfy furniture. Our host even left snacks and drinks for us! "It was perfect. We kayaked each morning, had a fire, played board games, and enjoyed the hot tub daily. We grilled each evening and went to lunch at local spots. We carved and painted pumpkins from the farm nearby, visited the history museum, and stopped at a very nice park and playground. It was just what we were hoping for. The split floor plan was ideal for our group - kids and mom on one side with grandparents on the other. Enough TVs and bathrooms for all, too. "
