The staff were great, the food was good, good prices for the food, the facility was very clean, the comp water bottles were nice, and the parking was convenient. Suggestions: 1.) tell people staying on the 2nd floor NOT to use the elevator near the restaurant side. It does NOT take them to their rooms. And this was not marked anywhere. 2.) Use TV remotes that are always backlit. Having remotes that are only activated...

"Everyone in the office was great. Ease of checking in was fantastic. Had to ask house keeper for towels because there wasnt any in room. Language barrier was a issue and had to wait a few hours to get them. Some of the other guests there are iffy. Floors should definitely be mopped. Dont wear white socks. All in all you get what you pay for."

She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with Expedia and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. "I like to support local businesses and this seems like one. Check-in was a little off the norm but acceptable. Host had his shirt on inside out when he popped out of the back room. LOL It was almost 70 degrees and we had the door open to our room. The host asked us if we wanted chairs to sit outside and asked us to close the door to our room because the heat was on. The rooms are very dark when the door is shut. We wanted fresh air too. We just arrived 30 minutes ago after a 3 hour drive....
