"Very much enjoyed my stay. 1 night, business traveller. My only criticisms being the bathroom is very smooth/slippy when dry and when splashed, will be a hazard for some guests. My only other criticism is that there was no bacon or hash browns. My hot breakfast just felt rather naked without them."

"Lovely hotel, and very secure as you seem to not make your way to the rooms through a private entrance to a courtyard. Food / drinks / atmosphere were really nice in the pub next door. Room very comfortable. "

"This is a pub with an incredible range of cask beers (10) mostly from the Lincoln Green Brewery. The 3 I try ed were excellent. The hotel (pub) has a faded grandeur feel and is basic. This suits me down to the ground. They do not do breakfast so we went to Tesco opposite which has a good cafe. The ensuite room was clean and tidy and met our needs well. It is up two flights of stairs though, no lift, and is a rabbit warren. Parking is on street. Overall I liked it but posh it is not."

"Everything was good abiut our stay at the Bentinck. Quiet, comfortable, clean, welcoming and unexpectedly continental breakfast was included in the already reasonable price."
