"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"The Hotel is in a great location with easy on-street parking available, it is also in walking distance to the town center with nice restaurants and shops close by. The rooms are somewhat basic and the furniture looks a bit tired, but everything is clean and comfortable. The sauna and pool are great and a big bonus after a long day travelling. "The hotel is superb. Lovely views and the staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent and this was a great place from which to explore the Vosges. We were on a motorbiking holiday and wod certainly return."
