The morning staff also eent above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Checking out with Rachel was prompt, friendly, and smooth. "I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kingston. The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. The refrigerator was small but fine. We did not have a smooth checkout. I dropped off the room key early and told the desk clerk that I was checking out. But later in the afternoon, I received a call asking when I was planning to check out. By then, I was in another city! We obviously had a miscommunication at the morning checkout."

"The staff was very friendly. Hotel inside and out was clean the room, the kitchen area, the lobby, hallways all very clean. Room had a recliner which was a nice surprise considering most rooms have desk chairs which are not comfortable. "
