"We stayed there for four nights, we are a family of five, so had two rooms. Owners were very accommodating as we asked to change rooms to be on the same floor. In hindsight, we realise that we sacrificed their best room that they had offered us. Rooms were clean but bathrooms need updating; the showers leaked and had a shower door missing. "When we enter the room, there was no toilet paper and no shampoo or shower gel. We asked multiple times for shower gel but we only got some soap. My partner discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom and took a picture. We wanted to call reception at 10.30pm to ask about the WiFi but nobody was answering the phone after multiple trails. The room itself and the facility is good but we were really not satisfied with the service here."

"Area was fine but a bit business-like (over a grocery store). The apartment was nice and I really liked the shower. Did not like the fact that the door to apartment did not have any way to lock from the inside (i.e. anyone with an electronic key could come in while we were inside). Would prefer that there was an internal lock for patrons on the inside to restrict management/maids/etc from walking in unannounced. The staff were very nice and we never had any issues. "The room was quite fine but the bathroom was horrible and very dirty. Everything was cleaned in 5 minutes after we arrived. There was no toilet paper, and found stuffs from the person who was slept before me. I also talked to other people who were staying at the hotel that night but also they ware very disappointing about the cleaning"
