"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). "Maybe location is not in the city center this type of accommodation suits for my needs. Walking distance through the wood to the center of city attractions. Quiet area, safe, parking, sweaming pool, good breakfast - these are advantages of this property."

"The location was perfect for our needs, close to the bus stop and pickup site for the tour we booked in the are.The hotel is almost 100 years old and the guests have to remember that they will face stairs and no elevator.We did not appreciate the smallest double bed ever, it might comply with the European standard however it lacks comfort.The breakfast was amazing in taste and size, almost compensated for the small bed size.We could have used more information about the area or suggestions about...
