"The location is superb. Everything is walking distance and all the top bars are within 3- 10 minutes walk. Met 4 staff separately, all are warm and hospitable. Bedsheet a bit worn out, but it's clean. Same as the toilet and room, don't look fancy but still clean. View with acropolis is kind of a surprise for me. But seems not every room can view that. The price is really budget. So there's some downside. 1. Next to a church which rings the bell every 30mins, yes, even at midnight, 3am, etc....

"I had a great stay at Filon Hotel! For a 2-star, it exceeded expectations—super clean, in a safe area, and the staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything I needed. The bed was a bit firm, but given it’s a budget-friendly spot, I didn’t expect luxury. Most importantly, it was clean and I felt secure throughout my stay. Just a note: there are no safety deposit boxes in the room. Overall, a fantastic value for the price!"

"Room is on small side but buffet breakfast is good, staff very nice and helpful. For the price, very good value. Room has no view to speak of but bathroom is quite spacious. Walkable to Metro ( end of line) so convenient to get to Athens center"
