I forced them to change my room to another bedbug free one, or else they wanted me to stay in this room for my 3 days stay. Generally not clean, there is a bad odor in the hotel rooms. "

"I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned.
