"Ares Athens Hotel provided a mostly comfortable stay for my friend and I this weekend. The beds were a little hard, but from the amount we walked everyday, we fell right asleep every night. The rooms were mostly clean except for finding hairs on the sheets and on the blankets. The location, although a little sketchy at night, was a very short walk to all of the tourist attractions and very good food. The cleaning service was great and the staff was very friendly. The male receptionist is extremely friendly and his English language is excellent. I was given a large comfortable room to relax inside and breakfast was even served on Christmas and Boxing Day, the boiled eggs weee yummy and plenty of cereals and cheese to cater for my pescatarian diet .
