"i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."

The building is new, even though the furniture looks quite old. The place is clean inside and outside. Car park is exactly in front of the building. There was a keropok stall and a banana fritters stall just across the road. Although it is located by the road side, the road never too busy and the environment can be considered...

"This is a residential area, so be warry of lack of transport and eateries. Overall quiet neighborhood. Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and got a huge room with 2 aircons. Bathroom and water pressure was ok. Pillows and mattress were hard. Common area well occupied with water dispenser (hot/cold), iron and washing machine. Don't think they accommodate any cooking or heating up. Breeze self check in and check out process."
