"On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high."

"Nice small hotel - not centrally located and a Grab will be needed to get into the old part of Ipoh but that was a minor inconvenience and it was only a 20 minute walk."
