For us the only drawback was the room not having a window. It is a beautiful old restored building so this is the reality for this type of boutique hotel. "The hotel was great, the only issue we had was with the air condioning unit. It was very noisy and on full blast all of the time. We tried just turning it off but the room quickly became very hot. We did ask to be shown how to turn it down, but the member of staff said that it was not possible. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."
