The staff were very attentive and friendly, we were also able to print all of our documents at reception for the flight home (including all COVID-19 documents!) which was super handy. Unfortunately we didn't drive and have to get a taxi from chania airport and spent 60 euro per taxi total 120 euro for 2 taxis. "I gave it 5 stars foe Agia Roumeli . Elsewhere a 4. Its basic, but very adequate. Short walk from ferry at end of strip of restaurants, hotels and markets. Quiet setting, though the wholw town gets nice and quiet once the 5:30 pm ferry leaves. We stayed in room #10 which had a really nice wrap aroubd balcony and a great view if the beach and sea. "We were very impressed with our stay at Athina Villa. You have everything you need, 2 pools, 2 BBQs, a lot of towels which are changed every 3 days. The hosts are extremely friendly, giving us a lot of advice on where to go and what to see. We arrived at 1 AM, but they were expecting us, and with the fridge stuffed with food & drinks, so a big plus for them. Wi-fi is working OK, you have TV, sound system, even a PC with webcam, the kitchen is fully equipped, all in all, a great recommendation...
