"Completely Dissatisfied, the reason I booked this Service apartment is because it was newly constructed and opened. I booked a single room for my parents, they lend us a room within an apartment which is already occupied by someone else, We had to share the hall, and no access to kitchen and Zero privacy. "It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."
