"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. "ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate...

"The location of the property is very good. Not very far from Lord Viswanath temple. It is on Luxa Road, beside Ganga Tourist Lodge and almost opposite to Jyoty and Jamuna hotels. Room rent is reasonable and in my opinion it is better than any other such property located in this area. People who used to join Jata Shankar utsab at Pyne Kurir in March, Hotel Vinayak Heritage will be a good choice for them."
