Upon arrival in the neighborhood we saw many buildings with broken out windows and people living on the street. The area was trashed out. We saw a drug deal happening in the parking lot of the hotel. "The hotel was very clean and the rooms were in good condition. There was limited transportation around the hotel other than a train station that was 30 minutes by walk but, enough stores to keep us occupied. Would give this a higher rating if we came by vehicle/have transportation nearby. Overall a great place for a good price."
