"The place is affordable, nice and clean. My only complaint is the smell, there is a peculiar smell that I didn't like, not sure if other guest notice it."

"Perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Dallas. The lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and kind! Room has been remodeled and was very clean. Right off the interstate and we felt very safe. There was road noise but we had a white noise machine so it did not bother us. Breakfast was simple offerings but fine. Would stay here again if we were passing thru town. "

"We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). We were thrilled with the amount of space that provided us, and we loved the modern look and feel of the place! We will be pppp! Thanks to the host for everything! PJ"

"The hotel was dirty. Both bedspreads were filthy. Even the remote was covered with dust and the room had a smell to it. We had to buy air spray. Pillows and bed was very uncomfortable."
