"Getting ahold of the front desk is nearly impossible. When you call the main number it goes straight to reservations who tells you to call the main number and push zero. When you do this it still goes to reservations. This happened multiple times at different times of the day. The toilet paper in this hotel is about as cheap as you can get. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect more. It took a bit to figure out how to turn the lights off that come on under the bed. Valet service was...

"It was ok but it really needs a serious update! The bathroom tub had tape for sheet rock around it instead of caulking! The carpet felt old and the valance on the window was either very dusty or bleached/discolored in some plates. Serious Reno needs to be done. "

"Gentleman at the reception desk was very good. He was polite, professional, and pleasant to talk to. He even helped us out with our luggage when we departed. Also, the gentleman working the restaurant and bar was exceptional. He was doing EVERYTHING by himself and did an excellent job. We will definitely return."
