"We had one issue. We requested a non-smoking room and were given a room that had been a smoking room last year and then converted to a non-smoking at the beginning of this year. Room still smelt of smoke. Staff did all they could to help us but ultimately they couldn't do much for us since my wife needed a room downstairs and all other non-smoking rooms were taken."

"The property is old and rundown. It was fairly clean. Our room should have been advertised as in-room sauna since there was a hot water leak in the bathtub that caused us to leave windows open and run the air conditioner non-stop to avoid excessive dampness (even the towels in the bathroom were damp)."
