"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! Should have booked with them. There is no one to help check in, they sent me a code for my room but after the first day the code changed and no one would reply to my message.
