"This was an average hotel. It looked like they were doing some renovations: repainting the woodwork and walls. There was no chain on the door. The door was difficult to get closed. It was quiet and comfortable."

"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. "We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme."

"We had an amazing experience at Harlow Point. Our visit was prompted by a family wedding up north, and this location truly exceeded our expectations. With four bedrooms available, everyone enjoyed their own private space, while the kids comfortably stayed in the much larger than expected bunkhouse.
