Per SMS kam dann nur ein "Sorry, das geht jetzt nicht mehr". Telefonisch war keiner mehr erreichbar. Ich musste mir als allein reisende Frau 22 Uhr am Abend eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. "
