"Absolutely nothing negative to say- except there were about $85 in extra fees between the guest amenity fee, pet fee, and parking fee- plus a $50 deposit. Otherwise- good parking, extremely personable staff (Thank you Chad and Rye), very clean, lots of perks- a pet bag, a complimentary drink, robes to use, fluffy towels, and heavenly bedding. I can’t wait to visit the other locations in Seattle! "

Breakfast was included, and it exceeded expectations with great options and a spacious seating area. We stayed for just one night, choosing this hotel for its proximity to SeaTac Airport, and the location couldn’t have been better. Definitely a 5-star experience in every sense."

"This is our second time staying in this hotel for new year. Room is large and comfortable, nice and clean, great location for new year countdown and seeing fireworks. Only downside is that sound insulation is not good."

"Excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfast wasn’t great often running out of basics and finish time of 9am congested the small breakfast room and contributed to food running out. Great to have washing machine and dryer on-site but the use of an app you needed to download and navigate was annoying - tap (credit card) to pay would be much easier. I also wished the bath water would turn off completely when using the shower - this wasted a lot of water. Great location - walkable to all major...
