"Very clean hotel, slightly set back so not mega loud. The staff really were superb in all departments. Only criticism is that the food is average / just about passable. But if you know this in advance and manage your expectations then this is an all round good value for money all inclusive hotel."

"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"This hotel was terrible. The air conditioning broke and water poured all over the table. There were no facilities in the room (no fridge meant there was no access to water in the room). Also hardly any, sometimes no running water for a shower or even to brush your teeth comfortably. Bedding was very poor quality and not even a table on the balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable but were unable to help with such poor facilities."

"Location was great but only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, no housekeeping- 5 days after arriving I had to ask them to empty our bins, change bedding & towels. That was the only time our bedding was changed in 14 nights. Ants all over the dining area next to drinks dispenser, shortage of cups & glasses during dining. Bar area was filthy, limited drinks. Staff were not very accommodating, made us feel more of a hindrance. On our last day we were told to...
