They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. "Our stay at the Numa Topp Apartments in Oslo was excellent! The apartment is modern, well appointed, clean, quiet and centrally located. "Didn't get an email, so checking in was more difficult than expected. Also didn't include details about checking out. Otherwise, it was a cozy apartment room, great view into the city, and was very convenient in terms of walkable locations and bus availability. Room was kept well, water pressure in shower was fantastic, soap smelled nice. Parking voucher would have been nice, but otherwise it was a good experience. "
