"If we could give 10 stars, we would. The owners and Mr. Jun were the best. The Kangs accommodated our late arrival by picking us up at the Busan train station and provided transportation, at an incredible rate for us 7 in our family. Our vacation was amazing and got to see what we wanted and so much more with Mr. Jun as our tour guide. The price was right for the seven of us, and it was so relaxing and comfortable with our own rooms. Breakfast was so delicious and the owners and staff made us...

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"직원분이 친절하십니다. 그리고 일본에 나가지 않고 일본 정취를 잘 느낄 수 있습니다. 곳곳에서 일본어를 많이 찾아 볼 수 있고, 식사부터 변기가 따로 분리된 건식 구조를 이용하는 등 디테일에 많은 노력을 기울인 것이 보입니다. 밥도 아침 저녁으로 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 바다 야경을 보며 하는 히노끼탕 목욕은 최고였습니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다."

"The hotel has gone down in quality since the last time I stayed it is showing signs of wear and tear. My room had stains on the carpet, the shower had repairs done. The bed was not like last time I stayed but It filled my need as a places to shower, sleep and grab a bite to eat. "
