"We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."

"The hotel it's self was nice. Clean. And had updated furniture and television. The breakfast was great in the morning. The pool was nice. But quite under heated. The grounds were dirty. I called and set up an early check in. I paid an additional fee for it. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready and they had no notes about the early check in fee. So that was disappointing. Other than that everything was good. I highly recommend the restaurant Tamarind it's right next door. "
