"I liked the place but the internet was terrible there is no reception at all. People were good but only one person was managing the whole place. English level is very basic hard to get what they talk about and they don't understand as well. There was no other customers except one other than me but it still says single rooms are full. "

The property is stunning, the apartment was perfect and the location being so close to Legoland and other attractions it was perfect. Elisa was so lovely and was the perfect host. "Be carful not to get this hotel mixed up with Hotel Ansgar in Esbjerg! When you finally figure out what happened and try to cancel your booking they will tell you to call Expedia to waste time so that they can keep the full payment. I travel twice a month to Denmark, specifically West Jutland, but I will never stay at this hotel no matter if it's the last hotel left! "
