Dead flies on the carpet, an unseemly bathroom with the baseboard half-detached and looking rotten, an AC that was so loud it made sleeping almost impossible... Otherwise, the stuff was friendly, the bedding was fresh, and we haven't been mugged, so I guess three stars is warranted. Did I mention a midnight train that rushes within earshot?"
