"My room was quite satisfactory. It was on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor, I found the noises, thumps, footsteps and banging of other guests from above to be very annoying. Plus, these noises only ceased at 11:00 pm and began again promptly at 6:30 am. This was not the schedule I intended to be on. I was staying in this hotel for some R&R while my own home was without electricity for several days following a recent severe storm."

"Great apartment-like spaces with a bedroom, bathroom, and an additional sink outside the bathroom. The kitchenette had 2 burners, small refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Nice table and chairs and couch with TV in living room and another in the bedroom. We had an upstairs unit that had stairs, no elevator - as stated in the room description. A definite winner for the price! "

"The hotel was super nice. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that an indoor pool is advertised but not able to use when we stayed. Had two very unhappy “tweens”. Planned our trip and timing based on swim time. Will definitely call from now on. Second hotel stay in less than a year that we have been disappointed by not having a pool for entertainment for the grandkids"

"Floors wear dirty look like they had not been mopped in the bathroom the toilet was about to fall through the floor the floor behind the toilet was falling in the sink was cracked all over"
