"The area is really nice. You can go for a walk, to the beach, etc. and feel safe. However the room smells like humidity so we had to buy a scent spray. Because of the humidity the clothes do not dry so it’s complicated for long stays. The bed is not the most comfortable and it’s not completely dark. However we had a great time in Salerno and recommend it. "

"Nice little apartment, located right in the middle of the historic center, few blocks from the cathedral and adjacent to the waterfront. The host is very responsive to messages and requests. We used Salerno as a base for traveling to Amalfi via ferry, but we also found the city itself quite charming and worth a visit."

"Gave us a great recommendation on a restaurant for my birthday- Mediterranea. Secure, elevator a plus, Coop grocery store right behind building. WiFi good. Older building (Italian charm!) but renovated well. Pretty good supply of pans/dishes - induction cooktop! Very attentive hostess (owner?) but not intrusive. Great stay!"
