"Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Shuttle to the airport was easy to set up and instructions were clear. However, getting back to the hotel was more difficult because we were not provided a number to call once we landed. We called the hotel’s front desk and they gave us the number of the shuttle driver. We called 3x and nobody answered. We called the hotel back and the receptionist said she would get in touch with the driver for us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes...
