"Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Nestled on a quiet square, walkable to all the downtown attractions that we were interested in. In addition to on street parking there is a parking garage conveniently located on the adjacent block. Comfortable and clean, accurately represented in the pictures. Was thankful for the umbrellas that were thoughtfully present as we were still able to walk everywhere when it rained."

"The location is perfect for walking access to Historic areas and Forsyth Park which is less than 5 minutes from rental. There’s a Kroger’s market a stone throws away and is well equipped with all necessary food items,Beer and wine. We walked every where with no problems or concerns. River walk is 1.8 miles and Restaurants and shops are in abundance throughout your travels. The unit is quite spacious and comfortable. Nice outdoor area including a charcoal grill and seating. "The first apartment we rented wasn’t clean but we called the property manager and she was very pleased to work with, she gave us a different apartment very clean and organized "

The property management company responded very quickly to all of our inquiries and needs. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the lack of spices available for use in the kitchen. All other VRBOs we have stayed in have had several available."
