"This rental was perfect for me. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, great location. I was only in town for a few days and mostly ate out, so I didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed pretty well equipped. It’s a garden apartment, which means few windows, but it was well-lit so it didn’t feel like a dungeon. The property manager was responsive to messages. My two minor complaints are: I confirmed in advance that there would be an iron and an ironing board. Neither of which were there, so I walked...

"I love Savannah. This condo was centrally located walking distance from everywhere. The people are so friendly in Savannah. I think our dog got pet by 50 people Halloween night lol. The city is amazing. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Stay was ok, except for owner living upstairs making a lot of noise…sprayed windows with hose while we were in living room. Left her dog alone one night and the dog barked until 1:00 a.m. and kep us awake…we got no sleep. Would never rent this place again."
