"Beautiful room and view"

"The stay was ok. The desk in the room was broken. One bump to it and it would have fallen apart. The drawers on the dresser were also broken. Had some woman knock on my door asking for someone named Barbara not once but twice. The office staff were nice and very welcoming. Only stayed a couple of days. "

"The Inn at Arch Rock was more than prepaired for the intense weather we experienced. Because of the cyclone storm, they had propane heaters, battery candles, flashlights and gallon water bottles in ea. room. Great planning for high winds, heavy rain, and power outages. Unable to serve their usual hot breakfast, they made sure noone went hungry. You guys rock! Eileen Stapp "

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this place! The front desk worker was extremely friendly and accommodating. Despite its outward appearance, this hotel is a true diamond in the rough. Clean and beautiful rooms that are an absolute steal compared to whats around. If im ever in the area again, i will be here. Never judge a book by its cover!"

"Great stay for a budget motel. Room was clean, staff was nice and accommodating. Location was superb! Would stay again. The bed was a little hard, though: a mattress topper and a couple extra pillows would go a long way!"

All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very...
