"We've been staying in VRBO's for years so we've come to know what to expect and this home was not an exception. The customer service was good, the hosts called us when we booked, after we arrived, and after we checked out. When we arrived three people were finishing up getting the house ready, and we were warmly greeted by one of them, it was encouraging to see so many people cleaning. "I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations. "

"Beds were comfortable. Adequate dishes for cooking, although it would have been nice to have a mixing bowl and dish towels. 2 of the tvs were missing controls. Property could have been cleaner. Missing lightbulbs. Not enough towels. Property needs maintenance. Bathroom sink wobbles. Appreciated thefenced back yard for my dog. towels"

"Check in was a breeze. An electronic key was made available the morning of arrival, and the app was simple to use. This is an amazingly clean property, especially for one that accepts pets. I messaged the owner a few times before arrival and always received an immediate reply. I highly recommend this property!"
