"Excellent price for a hotel so close to Heathrow. Couldn’t have asked for more really. Some of the staff were a little more unfriendly than you would expect but the hotel was lovely, just a shame the person who checked us in hadn’t been on his phone and talking to a colleague about something else at the same time. "Very good front desk service. Location can't be beaten. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom clean and nice and funtional. Rooms are a bit small but the tradeoff is worth it. Good value. "

"Convenient, friendly, good value but the bed was disappointly lumpy and far below the standard of a comparable Travelodge. Keep in mind this hotel is not a stop on the Hoppa service, but the bus stop is only over the road and that's much cheaper. "
