"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "We were looking for a hotel in the centre of town with a car park. This fitted the bill exactly. Staff were excellent. Car park is tight! but Volvo XC60 fitted - but I had to be careful"
