"The information I submitted via Hotels, but I didn't see it in time to follow their instructions, so I submitted it again via the host's text, but that apparently wasn't received. Once we got their attention, they responded and everything worked out. My suggestion would be that the host should check their text messages and reply."

"Like another reviewer, I am not fond of motels with doors to the outside. However, she gave a good review so I decided to rent here. The room was very nice. Everything in it was fairly new and clean and no carpet. Love hard floors. Bathroom was very sparkling. Nice little kitchenette, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal, but yogurt, fruit, pastries and coffee got us going for the morning. Would stay here again."

"Roaches as big as my thumb, mouse droppings. Owners didn’t know anything about the camper. Air stopped working, had to call someone myself to tell me how to fix it. Owners didn’t seem to wanna be bothered . They had better things to do Took 2 hours to show up to check it by then I had it working . Daughter knew more about the camper than they did . I get that it’s all new to them . But they could’ve done so much better. Get an exterminator!!!!"

"I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice."
