I love that the hotel is located a walk away from Downtown Chico, several coffee shops, an antique shop, ice cream shop, and a hot boil crab restaurant. The check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was what you would expect and everything worked, clean, and a good amount of towels. Breakfast is included. Nothing to rave about but you have the essentials... cereal, milk, water, coffee,...

"Things were generally fine; we stay there a lot. But this time in room 206, the faucet on the sink didn't look original and we couldn't get cold water, only warm and hot. Didn't want to call and have someone come up with instructions, repair, or "let's move you to another room.""

"The people next door. They put there trash in front of my door and were loud all night. But that was only one night and they weren't there the rest of the time. The rest of the stay was great. Breakfast every morning and great maid service. The front desk attendant even came to my rescue for what I thought could be a spider.
