"Had a wonderful 1-night stay here. The lovely greeting from the front desk and assistance to my accommodation was truly great. Enjoyed the room, even better than I expected with plenty of space and comfort for rest. Definitely need to return for another trip in Nottingham!"

"Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression! "

"Cheap price, but price definitely reflects the accommodation. Ripped curtain, stains on the floor, fridge with microwave ontop of it, room smelt like some one had just warmed up a bowl of soup. Bathroom tap faucet broken, no iron or ironing board, no cups, hand lotion in a tiny tube but no hand wash. Bed was comfy and clean sheets and towels, shower worked fine. If you are purely bothered about a place to sleep and not concerned about any of the other things that come as standard in most hotels...
