"This was a nice property, the staff very helpful and friendly. There was a gas station and burger place within walking distance, which was nice. King bed room a little small but had everything we needed. Good lighted parking area and some outside seating. "

"The river beside our cabin got very high and out of the banks but not enough to ruin our weekend. The property stayed safe and sound all weekend even with the 10-12 inches of rain we endured. Close enough to Hot Springs plenty to do and the property itself was nice and cozy! "

Examples: Bed Spreed was soiled with stains, ashes from cigarette had been dumped on the floor behind the chair, food stains or what ever they were we on the walls and mirror. Television was 20 years old, the sample size soap was not big enough to wash an ants bottom, it was very bad and uncomfortable to stay there. I felt like...
