"The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! "This hotel in fact, according to management on Expedia. Yet, there's a full listing, and money was taken, booking confirmed. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS SCAMMED, AS THE MONEY DID NOT GO TO THE HOTEL. SCAMMERS GOT THE MONEY. ON CHECKING OUT I HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE STAY!! I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THE HOTEL IS IN ON THE SCAM OR NOT, I CANNOT PROVE THAT. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM EXPEDIA. "

"Room was pre booked and paid before reaching the hotel. Upon arrival was told check in time is only 12 noon till 2pm. I arrived at 4ish. I showed him the timing on expedia which clearly said 2pm - 12 am at night. Another guest was in the room whose flight got delayed so we had to wait an hour to get into the room. Ontop of all this i was told even though i have paid, the money is stuck with another intermediary and i have to double pay and then get my money back. These guys are unprofessional,...
