"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "Great location. Just 50 metres from a quiet almost private beach. Town only 5 minute walk. Parking was useful. No air conditioning was tough in hot conditions. "

"The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "

"Great location just to the north of the sailing club. Very welcoming and friendly with a very nice garden to enjoy breakfast in over looking the lake and evening meals from their restaurant menu. Would visit again if in this area."
