The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat...

"Business-Trip nach Heidelberg: hoch oben im Odenwald liegt das tolle neue Hotel, mit TOP-Service, super leckerem Frühstück (zB gibt es selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot - heutzutage sehr selten), eine kleine aber feine Saune mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Heidelberg, im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank. Die Rezeption war total nett! "

"had i known it was one of those places you have to check in alone with a machine i would haVE BOOKED ELSE WHERE BUT luckily there was a guy who happened to be there and was able to help me check in so there was no problem but i the past it has always been an unpleasant struggle to jump through the hoops of the self check in places "
